Aura is not a doctor
Aura gives general health and wellness information. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe,
and it is not a substitute for a qualified doctor. If you think you or someone else may be having a medical emergency,
call 108 or 112 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for Aura.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Webcrysta, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"),
the operator of Aura Health Assistant ("Aura"). By creating an account or using Aura, you agree to these terms and to our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Aura.
2. Medical disclaimer
Aura's guidance, including possible conditions, home remedies, over-the-counter medicine information, diet and hydration advice, is produced by artificial intelligence. It can be incomplete or wrong.
Possible conditions are not a diagnosis. Severity labels and emergency warnings are aids, not a medical assessment. Aura may fail to recognise an emergency.
Medicine information is general and limited to non-prescription products. Always read the label, check with a doctor or pharmacist before taking any medicine, and take extra care with children, older people, pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies and existing conditions.
Home remedies can cause reactions. Stop and seek medical help if symptoms get worse or do not improve.
Never ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you read in Aura.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Give accurate information, especially age, allergies and conditions, because Aura uses it to tailor guidance.
4. Family members
You may add family members and run checks for them. You confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or that they have
agreed to you sharing their information with Aura. You are responsible for the information you enter about them and for
acting on guidance on their behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use Aura for anything unlawful, or to harm others;
enter someone else's information without their permission;
try to get around plan limits, access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service;
copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape Aura or its content, except where the law allows;
use Aura to provide medical services to others.
6. Free plan and Aura Plus
The free plan includes a limited number of AI symptom checks per day and a limited number of family members. Limits are shown in the app and may change.
Aura Plus is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play at the price shown before you buy. It renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You keep Aura Plus until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your Aura account does not cancel your Google Play subscription.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies, except where the law gives you other rights.
We may change features or prices. Price changes will be notified in advance as Google Play requires.
7. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You allow us to use it to run Aura for you, as described in the
Privacy Policy. Aura's app, design, text and brand belong to us. You may use AI-generated
guidance for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-party services
Aura relies on services such as Google Firebase, Google Play, Google Maps, Health Connect, OpenAI and RevenueCat.
Nearby-hospital results come from Google Maps and may be incomplete or out of date: always confirm by phone where you can.
We are not responsible for third-party services, which have their own terms.
9. Limits of liability
Aura is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or
error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your use
of, or reliance on, Aura's guidance, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us
for Aura in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Aura at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and we may discontinue Aura with reasonable notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction,
without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Aura
after that means you accept the updated terms.
