Is Aura a replacement for a doctor?
No. Aura gives general health information to help you decide what to do next. It does not diagnose or prescribe. Always consult a qualified doctor, and call 108 in an emergency.
Which languages can I speak in?
English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi. Answers come back in the language you choose.
Can I check symptoms for my parents or children?
Yes. Add family members with their age, allergies and conditions, then choose who each check is for. Reports are kept separately for each person.
Is my health data safe?
Your health data is stored securely and linked only to your account. Aura uses it only to give you guidance and never sells it. Device data is read only with your permission, and you can disconnect at any time. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete account in the app. Your account and all its data are permanently removed.
